In light of COVID-19, we are taking aggressive steps to guard against the spread of disease. Here is what you can expect during your appointment:
Our managerial staff is taking precautions by:
- Informing workers to stay home if they have any signs of a respiratory disease
- Providing technicians with Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, masks, gloves, and shoe covers
- Following CDC guidelines closely and updating our safety protocols as guidelines change.
Our office staff are taking precautions by:
- Gathering as much information from the customers as possible prior to appointments to decrease the need for techs to talk to customers face to face
Our technicians are taking precautions by:
- Practicing social distancing by not being in the same room as a customer and doing interior treatments only when requested or necessary
- Using phone and email as much as possible to communicate with customers
- Wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers
Our customers should take precautions by:
- Practicing social distancing from the technicians. We ask that customers go to a different room while technicians are working
- Wear a mask if talking to our technicians
- Disinfecting home surfaces (especially “high touch” surfaces) with bleach prior to the technician arriving
- Opening all windows inside the home at least 10 minutes before the technician arrives, while he’s inside, and 10 minutes after he leaves
- Disinfecting home surfaces once the technician leaves
- Informing Pest Czar in advance if anyone in the home has been ill.
