Bryan was a very kind and curtious technician. He called before he arrived to give me a estimate of when he would arrive. When he showed up he fully explained what needed to be done and what steps would be taken to complete the job and kept me informed through the whole process. When he finished he let me know he was done and offered his card and said to contact him if I had any further problems or questions. As always, Tim was prompt and efficient in examining the house inside and out, and doing the necessary treatment. We were not able to coordinate our schedules on the day he treated the exterior, so Tim returned the following day to check the inside.
